We accept returns or exchanges within 20 days of delivery (approval required).

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Approved returns are issued as store credit.

Customers are responsible for the return label fee ($14).

Once payment is received, we will send the return shipping label.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, the customer must cover the reshipping cost.

Final Sale: Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

We have 20-day exchange  your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically notified you.
